Key Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end US payroll execution in Rippling across multiple states with zero-defect standard.
- Build and run multi-state compliance calendar, I-9 and credential compliance, and policy library.
- Run ER casework, performance management infrastructure, and AI-native systems.
Qualifications:
- 4-6+ years in People Operations with hands-on US employment infrastructure experience.
- Proven AI fluency through automated workflows and documentation systems.
- Ability to work US Eastern hours and precision at high volume.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base salary CAD $95,000 – $135,000 plus paid time off and holidays.
