About the Role:
- Own and execute the full payroll cycle for US and international employees and contractors.
- Administer payroll operations through Rippling HCM, including pay runs, tax setup, and deductions.
What You’ll Do:
- Review timecards for 300+ hourly employees, identifying wage-and-hour issues and calculating penalties.
- Partner with People and Finance to process commissions, bonuses, and other compensation changes.
- Lead payroll compliance across multiple states, including California, Oregon, and New York.
What You Bring:
- 5+ years of multi-state payroll experience with a remote workforce of 600+ employees.
- Deep knowledge of wage and hour laws and hands-on experience with Rippling.
- Strong Excel skills and ability to partner cross-functionally.
