Global Payroll Operations:
- Own end-to-end payroll processing across US and international entities.
- Manage relationships with external payroll vendors and ensure SLAs.
- Handle off-cycle payrolls, manual calculations, and termination runs.
Tax and Compliance:
- Maintain deep knowledge of payroll tax obligations in each jurisdiction.
- Ensure timely filing of tax returns and year-end forms.
- Partner with Tax and Legal on cross-border employment structures.
Systems and Partnership:
- Monitor integrations between Workday HCM and payroll systems.
- Support month-end close with journal entries and reconciliations.
- Serve as a trusted resource for HR/PeopleOps on payroll implications.
