New International Payroll Lead

What You’ll Do:

• Manage, audit, and execute multi-country payroll delivery across 15+ international countries, including payroll inputs, validation, approvals, and reconciliations.
• Lead the payroll calendar and operating cadence across countries, proactively managing dependencies, cutoffs, exceptions, and risks.
• Partner with local in-country payroll providers to maintain strict adherence to regional pay schedules and statutory processing windows.

What We’re Looking For:

• 5–7+ years of progressive payroll operations experience in a high-growth, publicly traded tech company with a global footprint.
• Advanced proficiency with Workday Payroll (reporting, configuration, integrations) and global payroll software platforms.
• Thorough understanding of global equity taxation, statutory compliance, international labor laws, and multi-currency payroll distribution.
