Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and process payroll in multiple countries ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and timeliness.
  • Review and verify payroll data, calculate adjustments, and ensure compliance with local laws.
  • Partner with Payroll Manager and internal departments on audit requests and year-end reporting.

Qualifications:

  • At least three years’ experience in payroll administration with knowledge of local, state, and federal employment laws.
  • Working experience with Workday required; ADP and OSV strongly preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
