Position Summary:
- Manage and strengthen the global payroll function for a PE-backed cybersecurity company.
- Oversee payroll execution, controls, vendor coordination, and compliance support.
- Partner across Finance, HR, Legal, Tax, Treasury, and external providers.
Essential Functions:
- Manage recurring global payroll operations for accurate, timely payment.
- Oversee payroll inputs, validations, reconciliations, and post-payroll reporting.
- Support payroll processing for wages, bonuses, commissions, benefits deductions, etc.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 8+ years progressive payroll experience with multi-state US and international payroll.
- At least 3 years payroll leadership experience with outsourced providers.
