Senior Payroll Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Support accurate and timely payroll processing across multiple locations, ensuring employees are paid correctly and on schedule.
• Manage key payroll activities, including employee changes, earnings, deductions, bonuses, commissions, garnishments, and off-cycle payments.
• Responsible for Canadian and Indian payroll processing, ensuring compliance with local statutory, tax, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

• Experience supporting payroll operations in a fast-paced, growing organization.
• Working knowledge of payroll processes, payroll systems, and applicable payroll regulations.
• Experience with multi-state payroll required; exposure to global payroll operations preferred.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Salary range: $70,000 - $85,000 based on skills, experience, and industry background.
