Payroll Execution:
- Own and personally execute full-cycle payroll for the US and Canada using UKG.
- Manage payroll inputs, calculations, adjustments, reconciliations, and remittances.
- Produce W-2s and T-4s; handle quarterly and year-end activities.
Benefits Administration:
- Administer US benefits: medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401(k).
- Administer Canadian benefits: health, dental, RRSP.
- Process enrollments, life events, open enrollment, and terminations.
Compliance & Systems:
- Ensure compliance with IRS, CRA, and other regulations.
- Maintain and optimize UKG and CloudPay integrations.
- Produce reporting for leadership and Finance.
