Responsibilities:

  • Manage payroll/garnishment/tax email boxes and respond to team requests.
  • Assist with pre-payroll preparation, file organization, and maintain processing documentation.
  • Provide backup support for payroll processing during team member absences.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent and minimum 1 year experience with multi-state payroll processing using ADP Workforce Now.
  • Intermediate Excel skills, knowledge of deduction management and garnishments.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet strict deadlines with accuracy and confidentiality.
