Payroll Operations & Compliance:
- Lead end-to-end semi-monthly and monthly payroll processing for 350+ employees across the U.S. and Canada.
- Oversee payroll operations in India for 400+ employees, ensuring cross-border compliance.
- Ensure full compliance with federal, state, and local tax laws.
Labor Cost Allocation & Financial Reporting:
- Coordinate with Accounting to post labor costs into the ERP.
- Work with FP&A on labor forecasting and headcount budget planning.
- Prepare payroll-related metrics and audit-ready documentation.
Systems, Automation & Controls:
- Reconcile payroll outputs against ERP systems and financial tools.
- Drive payroll system automation and improvement projects.
- Enforce GL coding and maintain rigorous internal controls.
