Payroll Processing:
- Execute full-cycle payroll for all Alimentiv employees across Canada, US, and global EOR jurisdictions.
- Validate and reconcile payroll inputs including new hires, terminations, salary changes, and deductions.
- Prepare government remittances, statutory filings, and year-end reporting.
Stakeholder Service and Communication:
- Serve as primary point of contact for employee payroll inquiries and resolve issues accurately.
- Serve as escalation point for Payroll Coordinators on complex payroll issues.
- Collaborate with Finance on payroll reconciliations and budget reporting.
Compliance and Audit:
- Monitor changes to payroll legislation and tax regulations across all jurisdictions.
- Prepare payroll documentation for internal and external audits.
- Identify and escalate payroll compliance risks.
Continuous Improvement and Systems:
- Identify opportunities to streamline payroll workflows and improve data accuracy.
- Support configuration, testing, and optimization of payroll and HRIS modules.
- Contribute to payroll modernization initiatives including vendor transitions.
