The Role:
- You will own the day-to-day execution and administration of payroll and contractor payments, partnering closely with Finance, HR, Accounting, employees, and external partners.
- Success means our people are paid accurately and on time, data remains clean, discrepancies are resolved quickly, and processes stay compliant and audit-ready.
What You'll Do:
- Own regular and off-cycle U.S. payroll processing in Rippling, validating all payroll inputs.
- Administer and reconcile contractor payments, and coordinate with EOR partners for payroll and bonus processing.
- Manage multi-state payroll requirements, tax filings, and year-end activities including W-2/1099 processing.
