Business Systems Analyst

Requirements:

• Facilitate requirements sessions with business users, subject-matter experts, technical teams, and stakeholders.
• Ask probing follow-up questions to uncover business rules, data requirements, dependencies, assumptions, exceptions, and decision points.
• Independently identify gaps and areas requiring further analysis.

Work Products:

• Develop epics, features, user stories, business rules, and detailed acceptance criteria.
• Create current-state and future-state process models, swim lane diagrams, and other analytical artifacts.
• Maintain traceability between requirements, development, testing, and business outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, or Systems Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, Systems Engineer, or similar role.
• Demonstrated ability to independently develop detailed requirements and user stories.
