- You'll build the payroll function while running the cycle yourself.

- Payroll systems, controls, and the business case for future headcount.
Candidate Profile:
- 8+ years of hands-on payroll ownership and Rippling administration depth.
- EOR fluency, multi-state tax command, and a builder mindset.
