Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end payroll processing, accuracy, and compliance across all applicable states.
- Manage payroll calendar, tax filings, garnishments, and off-cycle runs.
- Serve as the point of escalation for payroll discrepancies and audits.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years running payroll and HRIS/HCM systems.
- HR Generalist or HRBP background with broad exposure across the employee lifecycle.
- Experience working directly with clients in consulting, professional services, PEOs, or agencies.
