Sr. Manager, Global Payroll & HRIS

About the Role:

• You will lead the payroll and HRIS organization with a primary focus on US payroll.
• This role requires deep expertise in US payroll tax and strong Excel skills.
• You will build scalable processes and drive partnership with key stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Manage US payroll operations including bi-weekly, off-cycle, and incentive payrolls.
• Partner with Benefits to process life event changes and off-cycle payouts.
• Oversee compliance with local payroll practices across EU, Moldova, Serbia, and China.

Skills & Qualifications:

• 12+ years of experience including senior leadership responsibility.
• Proven ability to lead a major function with strategic planning and execution.
• Strong financial, operational, and executive-level presentation skills.
