Payroll Coordinator

THE ROLE:

• We are seeking an experienced Payroll Coordinator to manage global HR operations, focusing on payroll, onboarding, and compliance across U.S. and international regions.
• The ideal candidate has 5–7 years of HR experience, deep knowledge of U.S. employment laws, and familiarity with AI tools to automate workflows.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage end-to-end payroll across the U.S., Philippines, and other global markets, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate global onboarding and maintain employee records in HiBob, supporting the full employee lifecycle.
• Identify opportunities to streamline and automate HR workflows using AI tools like Claude.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 5–7 years of HR coordination or operations experience with hands-on U.S. payroll management.
• Experience supporting global organizations with HR compliance across multiple regions including U.S., India, and Philippines.
• Proficiency with AI tools and platforms to improve output and automate processes.
