About the Role:
- Act as the execution engine of the India People Strategy & Operations team.
- Handle employee lifecycle events with accuracy, speed, and care.
- Reports to Senior Manager HRBP.
What You'll Do:
- Maintain accurate employee records across HRIS and systems.
- Support benefits administration, compliance filings, and audit readiness.
- Facilitate onboarding, offboarding, and performance management processes.
What You'll Bring:
- 5-7 years of HR or HR Operations experience.
- Solid understanding of India HR compliance basics.
- Proficient in Excel and passionate about leveraging AI tools.
