About the Role:
- Responsible for delivering a seamless employee experience across the full lifecycle.
- Serves as a key operational partner ensuring timely support and data management.
What You’ll Do:
- Serve as primary point of contact for People Operations inquiries via Jira and email.
- Manage onboarding and offboarding tasks including data processing in HCM and third-party systems.
- Maintain employee files and assist with compliance reporting and audits.
Who You Are:
- 1-3+ years of HR administrative support experience with Workday and Jira.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive problem-solver with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
