Accountabilities:

Develop, implement, maintain, and support Workday HCM integrations with enterprise systems and third-party applications.
Design and troubleshoot integrations using Workday technologies including EIB, Core Connectors, Benefits Connectors, PECI, Workday Studio, and Document Transformation.
Configure and support Workday Business Processes, functional enhancements, and ongoing system improvements.

Requirements:

4+ years of professional experience with Workday HCM integration development, configuration, and production support.
Hands-on experience building and supporting Workday integrations using EIB, Core Connectors, Benefits Connectors, PECI, Workday Studio, and Document Transformation.
Strong understanding of Workday HCM modules including Core HCM, Compensation, Payroll, Recruiting, ATS, Employee Management, and LMS.
