Employee Lifecycle Management:

HR Operations & Compliance:

• Maintain employee data in HRIS and support payroll coordination.
• Administer benefits, insurance, and wellness programs.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and manage HR audits.

Performance & Development:

• Coordinate performance review cycles and manage systems like Lattice.
• Organize training programs and leadership development initiatives.
• Track learning metrics and gather feedback to improve programs.
