Role and Responsibilities:
- Own and execute end-to-end people operations processes, including onboarding, offboarding, contract management, and employment documentation.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records across HRIS systems and ensure data integrity at all times.
- Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries related to policies, benefits, and HR processes.
Improvement and Compliance:
- Identify inefficiencies in current HR processes and propose scalable solutions to improve the employee experience.
- Partner with Finance, Legal, and external vendors to ensure compliance with local labor regulations.
- Coordinate and track key People team workflows and milestones, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
Team and Culture:
- Work closely with the broader People team — spanning Talent Acquisition, People Business Partners, and leadership — rowing in the same direction toward a culture where everyone can do their best work.
- Generate HR reports and people metrics to support decision-making across the organization.
- Approach every employee interaction with care and precision, shaping how people feel about working at Yuno.
