About the Role:
- Payroll is the promise kept to every employee, every pay cycle.
- You'll own end-to-end payroll settlement and tax compliance for a fully remote workforce.
What You'll Do:
- Execute payroll settlement after approval, including bank uploads and 401(k)/HSA remittances.
- Upload tax notifications and analyze payroll tax variances.
What You Bring:
- 3-5+ years of payroll settlement and multi-state tax compliance experience.
- HRIS configuration expertise and strong analytical skills.
