Responsibilities:
- Own and optimize full-cycle payroll, tax, and leave administration operations for a remote workforce.
- Create and execute on pay and leave processes that adhere to highest compliance levels.
- Provide excellent customer service to employees via Slack, email, verbal, and Jira.
Qualifications:
- 4+ years experience in People Operations or Payroll.
- 2+ years as primary payroll point of contact.
- Expertise in federal, state, and local pay and leave laws (FMLA, ADA, multi-state PFL).
