We are seeking a Senior Product Owner to lead the development of foundational AI capabilities at MEDFAR. In this high-impact role, you’ll drive the delivery of core components that power our AI initiatives, from intelligent document parsing to our LLM orchestration layer and dynamic prompt routing. You’ll collaborate closely with our AI team and product management leadership to structure workflows.

As a Customer Support Associate, you will support users of our software, Plexia and MYLE. Your contribution to the customer support team will have a direct and significant impact on the satisfaction of our customers. Reporting to the Director of Client Services, you will join a multidisciplinary team whose mandate is to help our clients when they encounter technical problems.
