Key Responsibilities:

Process both Global Payroll and EOR payrolls, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant calculations and reports.
Act as the main point of contact for customers and stakeholders regarding payroll questions and processes.
Continuously improve payroll processes and maintain data integrity across systems.

What you bring:

Solid knowledge of payroll best practices and local compliance requirements.
Strong proficiency with Excel and Google Sheets, and an analytical mindset.
Experience with payroll for Brazil and Colombia and customer-facing experience.
