Role Mission:
- Support accurate, compliant, and efficient payroll operations across LATAM markets.
- Act as trusted partner to global payroll team and local experts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end monthly payroll delivery from input collection to output checks.
- Coordinate with local providers to ensure compliance with country-specific rules.
- Maintain payroll calendars, checklists, and SOPs.
Required Skills Experience:
- 2-5 years of payroll operations experience with knowledge of LATAM statutory requirements.
- Fluent English and Spanish, strong analytical and organizational skills.
