Role Overview:

• You serve as an in-country HR expert for Brazil, supporting clients and professionals across the LATAM region.
• You own the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring compliance with local labor laws.

Key Responsibilities:

• You advise clients on local market norms, benefits, payroll, and labor compliance.
• You manage regional vendors and maintain country-specific knowledge bases.
• You drive digital transformation by adopting AI tools to optimize HR processes.

Requirements:

• You have 5+ years of HR experience with deep knowledge of Brazilian labor laws.
• You are fluent in English and Portuguese, with Spanish as an asset.
• You are a resourceful self-starter who excels in a remote, fast-paced environment.
