What You'll Do:
- Lead the Brazil Talent Acquisition function end-to-end, serving as the primary point of contact for all hiring needs.
- Own the regional recruiting process for Brazil, ensuring consistency and alignment with global standards.
- Contribute to global HR and Talent initiatives, supporting broader programs focused on culture and performance.
Who You Are:
- 3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, ideally within a global organization, leading end-to-end recruitment.
- Strategic and analytical mindset — comfortable using data, KPIs, and market insights to inform hiring strategies.
- Bilingual in Portuguese and English with excellent communication skills.
