- Recruit top talent for technical and business roles across Mexico, US, and Canada.
- Own full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and making offers.
- Ensure a seamless transition from candidate to employee experience.
Day in the Life:
- Support all talent acquisition functions: sourcing, offering, interview scheduling.
- Assist with employer branding and recruitment marketing activities.
- Keep the Applicant Tracking System updated and collaborate with global teams.
