A day in the life:
- Plug into active high-volume recruiting pipeline and own full-cycle recruiting across assigned roles.
- Work closely with TA team and hiring managers to keep momentum on open requisitions.
- Deliver a candidate experience that reflects the company's values.
Requirements:
- 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, agency or in-house.
- Hands-on ATS experience, Greenhouse strongly preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously with strong communication skills.
Key Performance Indicators:
- Achieve monthly hiring targets of 5 hires per month.
- Maintain maximum time-to-fill of 45 days for critical roles.
- Act as a brand ambassador and trusted advisor for hiring managers.
Most Important Things:
- Ensure efficient candidate experience from first touch to close.
- Properly manage Greenhouse systems and data.
- Build diverse talent networks to support inclusion.
