Focused on supporting multiple state and municipal sponsored voucher programs that CALSTART administers, the Voucher Processing & Redemption Specialist (VPRS) will ensure data accuracy across multiple sources & systems, and comply with state agency and company policies, while managing multiple internal and external stakeholders to quickly resolve voucher discrepancies.
The Project Manager, TNCs, plays a critical role in advancing transportation decarbonization by driving the electrification of rideshare platforms like Uber and Lyft. Reporting to the Program Director, this position is responsible for managing a portfolio of projects, overseeing budgets, contracts, data analysis, and leading internal and external teams to ensure project success. By electrifying TNCs, this role directly contributes to reducing emissions, improving air quality, and delivering cost savings to drivers.
The Business Analyst (BA) in our SDLC team will be pivotal in translating complex policies and business requirements into detailed software requirements for program teams using Salesforce and related tools. This role bridges the gap between business needs and technical solutions, driving process improvements and ensuring software products align with organizational goals and policies. Additionally, the BA will mentor and manage analysts, collaborating with stakeholders to develop strategic recommendations and strengthen relationships throughout project planning and execution.

Manage CALSTART’s work to decarbonize port operations in the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic by working closely with port, freight, and community stakeholders to accelerate the deployment of zero-emission vehicles, port equipment, and infrastructure. The role involves being the primary point of contact and project manager for CALSTART’s Clean Ports Program projects while supporting the organization’s broader efforts across the region.
The Director of Marketing will lead the strategy and execution of marketing initiatives to support CALSTART’s programs and member-driven projects, focusing on raising awareness of CALSTART’s initiatives, driving stakeholder engagement, and delivering measurable results, creating innovative and results-oriented marketing.
Critical role in showcasing cutting-edge clean transportation technologies, engaging stakeholders, and ensuring the success of key industry gatherings. Develop and execute a comprehensive event strategy, aligning with CALSTART’s mission and goals.
