Project Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and evolve the project management environment, building automated scheduling tools and templates in Smartsheet and Jira.
• Ensure the integrity of Program Requirements Documents and Technical Build Books, maintaining version-controlled architecture diagrams and SOPs.
• Assist in tracking critical path milestones and collaborate with Senior TPMs to translate field experience into standardized global playbooks.

Qualifications:

• 1–3 years in technical operations, deployment coordination, or an infrastructure-adjacent role with a "builder" mindset.
• Highly proficient in Smartsheet, including formulas, automated workflows, and data-driven dashboards.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to building trust across the organization.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary range of $50,000 - $65,000 per year, with 100% company-paid medical, dental, and vision insurance.
