Accountabilities:

  • Coordinate the planning and execution of multiple cross-functional marketing initiatives, ensuring projects align with organizational priorities, objectives, timelines, and available resources.
  • Develop and maintain project roadmaps, schedules, milestones, dependencies, work plans, dashboards, and other project management tools from initiation through completion.
  • Facilitate project meetings, provide regular status updates, document decisions and action items, and ensure timely follow-up across stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Project Management, or equivalent experience with 5+ years of project management in marketing, creative, or nonprofit environments.
  • Experience with project management platforms like Teamwork, Asana, Monday.com, Jira, or Workfront, and strong Microsoft Office proficiency.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and communication abilities, with a proactive, solution-oriented approach and commitment to continuous improvement.
