Lead and develop Nutrafolβs national retail programs and initiatives. Create and implement a comprehensive 360 retail omni-education strategy to drive the Nutrafol product portfolio and brand growth. You will work closely with the Vice President, Retail and Director, Retail Sales, along with key cross-functional partners to deliver impactful and innovative education experiences for the Nutrafol field team and retail customers.
Nutrafol is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Staff Accountant to join our Accounting team. The primary responsibility of this role is to assist with accounts payable functions and support the month-end close process for operating expenses (Opex). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting principles, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
This is a field sales position responsible for driving business, Nutrafol brand loyalty, and Nutrafol brand recognition in a defined geographic territory through new salon business development and existing salon business growth strategies. You'll work in conjunction with the Salon Director and inside sales team to grow territory and salon sales through product education, sell-in and sell-through strategies, business consultation, merchandising, promotions, and strong relationship management.
Lead and scale our performance-based influencer program, driving growth through high-converting, top-tier talent across social platforms; own strategic forecasting, performance analysis, and campaign reporting across KPIs like sales, CPA, AOV, CR, and new customer growth; partner cross-functionally with paid, analytics, brand, and growth teams to develop data-informed strategies that drive efficient acquisition and measurable impact.
