Nutrafol is searching for a Front End Developer with a keen eye for aesthetics and an e-commerce background to join our fast growing team. Lead upstream product management for our HCP and Salon (Hair + Skin) categories, from ideation through product launch. The ideal candidate will have experience in product marketing, go-to-market strategy, gift-with-purchase planning, launch a loyalty program and collaborating across teams to drive business growth. As a member of the Professional Marketing team, this position will closely collaborate with cross-functional teams.
In this role, you will be responsible for helping support the Senior Director of Sales Training and Enablement to ensure the sales team has the necessary tools and knowledge to succeed. A top priority will be to execute on the deployment of training programs for the sales team geared towards promoting Nutrafol Clear Skin and other new products in the Nutrafol portfolio. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, experience in creating training content, and a deep understanding of how to strengthen cross-functional synergy.
As a Quality Assurance Associate, you will execute day-to-day quality assurance activities, to ensure dietary supplement QA GMP compliance. This role requires expertise in the dietary supplement category and strong knowledge in executing QA GMP processes. You will be responsible for end-to-end QA support, processing complaints, reviewing certificates, maintaining supplier qualifications, and participating in cross-functional teams.
As the Director, CRM Operations, you are a highly organized, technically savvy leader with a passion for process, platforms, and precision. You will improve campaign and testing execution, system infrastructure, and cross-functional collaboration. You thrive in dynamic environments and are energized by complex problem-solving. You lead a team of specialists, collaborate with marketers, engineers, analysts, and creatives alike, ensuring every step of the customer journey is delivered efficiently, accurately, and with measurable impact.
The Business Development Manager (BDM) will be responsible for executing and exceeding sales goals for Nutrafol within your defined territory of San Francisco bay region. You will be responsible for the promotion, sale and training of our Nutrafol product portfolio within your accounts. BDM’s are responsible for cultivating both new and existing accounts, providing superior customer service, continued education and training throughout the practice. You will be responsible for growing the business within your current accounts and very importantly, increasing new account opening and sales on a consistent basis.
