Responsibilities:
- Support Operations Leadership in 360 day-to-day operations and project management
- Responsible for oversight + implementation of operations related initiatives
- Serve as liaison between ops. dept. and external partners when needed
Requirements:
- 4-6 years experience in operations management within a manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of eCommerce business model with proficiency in using Magento, Skubana, and Salesforce
- Strong organizational, time management, communication, process orientation and problem-solving skills
Supporting Responsibilities:
- Daily oversight of department systems including Magento, Skubana, and Salesforce
- Oversee the fulfillment process, including inventory management + order processing
- Collaborate with the rest of the Operations team and appropriate stakeholders to implement new processes/procedures
