Daily Responsibilities:
- Manage platform settings and backend configurations across eCommerce sites.
- Create and set up new products, collections, and categories.
- Conduct thorough site testing and quality assurance to ensure a flawless user experience.
Job Requirements:
- Experience in customer service, marketing, or direct promo sales is ideal.
- 1-3 years of Promo industry experience, ideal OR experience in marketing/e-commerce
- A college degree in communications or marketing is ideal.
Software:
- Various promotional industry-specific software (I.e. Sage, ESP, CommonSku, Syncore)
- Proficient with Microsoft suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
- Proficient with Google Suite (Google Sheets, Gmail, etc.)
