As the Customer Success Manager on the Kiddom team, you will be the driving force in helping teachers maximize their experience on Kiddom. You will work directly with teachers, schools, and internal teams to ensure successful onboarding, implementation, and ongoing satisfaction and success with the product.

You will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our clients receive exceptional support and assistance with their payment processing needs. Serve on a team responsible for frontline ticket support, providing timely solutions and technical support. Assist customers with inquiries related to their daily payment reconciliation and troubleshoot technical issues with terminals.
