VALD

This role is responsible for creating high-quality visual assets that maintain and strengthen VALD's brand identity across all channels. It involves designing for a variety of digital and print applications, focusing on web design, social media content, and long-format documents. In this role, you will develop graphic design projects from concept to completion, working closely with marketing, product, and sales teams.

As a Client Success Manager at VALD, you will work directly with an assigned portfolio of clients as the VALD subject matter expert and strive for the highest level of client satisfaction in the delivery of services. You will manage client onboarding, build strong relationships with clients, identify client support needs and opportunities for growth, perform online client presentations, and manage multiple assignments and support requests simultaneously.
