Senior Project Manager, Operations (Contract)

The Role:

• The Senior Project Manager, Operations will drive the innovation portfolio from concept through launch.
• This role reports to the VP, Innovation & Portfolio Management and manages cross-functional product development.
• It is a 6-month contract position requiring expertise in stage-gate processes and project management tools.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead end-to-end product development execution for new products and line extensions.
• Manage the innovation portfolio's stage-gate process to ensure timely delivery.
• Partner with R&D, Supply Chain, Marketing, Quality, and Regulatory teams to align on product specifications.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of project management experience in CPG or supplements.
• Strong understanding of product development lifecycle and stage-gate methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to influence cross-functional teams.
