About the Role:
- The Senior Program Manager, Product is a critical, highly independent role at the center of Form Health's Product organization.
- You'll be the connective tissue between Product, Engineering, Clinical, and go-to-market teams.
- This is a builder's role, not a caretaker's.
What You Will Do:
- Own the Product Operations roadmap: Independently define the vision, priorities, and success metrics for how the Product org plans, builds, ships, and learns.
- Drive end-to-end program management: Own execution roadmaps for key cross-functional initiatives ensuring timely, high-quality delivery.
- Orchestrate cross-functional alignment: Serve as the connective tissue between teams, facilitating rituals, decisions, and communication.
About You:
- 5+ years of progressive experience in program/project management, product operations, or a related discipline in a fast-paced software or digital health environment.
- A demonstrated track record of operating highly independently and building processes from scratch.
- Fluency with modern product development tools and AI-forward workflows.
