About the Role:
- The Care Delivery team builds tools for the clinical team to run a high-performing virtual practice.
- This role is highly visible and directly shapes how care is delivered and experienced by patients.
- We are looking for someone energized by hard, multi-stakeholder problems in a regulated environment.
What You Will Do:
- Deeply understand clinical and business needs and prioritize jobs-to-be-done using research and feedback.
- Own key care delivery capabilities end-to-end, such as prescribing and prior authorizations.
- Partner with clinical leadership, engineering, and design to ship best-in-class tools.
About You:
- 5+ years building enterprise experiences with complex workflows.
- Comfortable diving into technical problems and communicating cross-functionally.
- Track record of owning a product area end-to-end and using AI to supercharge work.
