Opportunity:
- Own scheduling and the lab experience end to end, including the core clinical operations platform.
- Build tools that power workforce planning for care team capacity.
- Design and deliver AI-powered features that improve scheduling efficiency and staffing decisions.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clinical and operations stakeholders to understand user needs and translate them into specs.
- Lead cross-functional agile teams through all stages of the product lifecycle.
- Define and track success metrics for scheduling efficiency, lab turnaround, and care quality.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of product management experience in healthcare technology or workflow platforms.
- Experience shipping AI/ML-powered features with clear metric lifts.
- Strong understanding of clinical operations and care team workflows.
