About the Role:
- You will own the product strategy and roadmap for AI-powered clinical capabilities at Equip.
- You'll translate clinical expertise into safe, effective digital experiences with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
- Own the AI product roadmap, aligning with clinical outcomes and company strategy.
- Partner with AI/ML engineers and clinical leadership to scope and ship features.
- Define responsible AI practices and evaluation frameworks for clinical use.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of product management with AI/ML experience in regulated domains.
- Strong technical fluency in AI/ML and clinical workflow experience.
