The Problems We're Solving:
- For patients: Build AI-powered matching and personalized care navigation to help patients get into and stay in mental health care
- For providers: Use AI to automate clinical workflows, credentialing, and documentation to give therapists more time with patients
- For payers: Measure clinical outcomes and build dashboards to demonstrate responsible care and drive partnerships
What You'll Do at Headway:
- Define and own the product strategy for your area in partnership with engineering, design, data, clinical, and operations teams
- Apply AI where it matters and drive those bets from insight through production
- Represent the voice of your customer — patient, provider, or health plan — with conviction in every decision
Compensation and Benefits:
- The expected base pay range for this position is $212,000 - $265,000
