What You'll Do:
- Own the core product roadmap and define the 12–18 month strategy across Zipline's platform pillars.
- Lead and develop a high-performing PM team, coaching them in strategic thinking and autonomous decision-making.
- Drive strategy-to-execution alignment across Engineering, Product, and Design.

- The Director can operate at company-level altitude, confident the next 12–18 months of execution are owned and running.
- The core product team operates with clarity, ownership, and velocity; decision-making lives at the right level.
- AI is woven into the core roadmap as a genuine, differentiated capability.
