Director - Product Management

Strategic Leadership:

• Translate the 3-5 year vision into an actionable product roadmap aligned with business goals and financial outcomes.
• Prioritize initiatives based on business impact, customer value, and technical feasibility to maximize ROI.
• Champion user-centric design and data-driven decision-making using analytics and customer feedback.

Team Development:

• Manage, mentor, and grow a team of Product Managers, fostering a culture of ownership and continuous improvement.
• Coach the team on effective use of AI in product discovery, delivery, and decision-making.
• Drive operational excellence by establishing and refining product management processes and best practices.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Partner with Engineering, Design, Implementation, Support, Customer Success, and Sales to ensure seamless product delivery.
• Represent Granicus externally as a product evangelist, articulating the vision and value proposition.
• Drive innovation across the suite of solutions, contributing to overall product success and profitability.
