Senior Product Manager

Product Strategy & Roadmap:

• Define and own the roadmap for MBR capabilities, including core bill review workflows, reporting, and adjacent features across integrated solutions.
• Continuously evaluate where AI-driven capabilities can meaningfully improve client outcomes.
• Drive the vision for how the product can adapt to client-specific needs while maintaining reliability, compliance, and transparency.

Execution & Delivery:

• Write clear product requirements and translate these into epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Partner with engineering, design, and data teams to deliver features with appropriate guardrails and quality standards.
• Define and track success metrics including adoption, operational efficiency, and client retention.

Stakeholder & Client Engagement:

• Act as a translator between business stakeholders, technical teams, and clients across different functional languages.
• Present, demo, and influence customers, prospects, and executive leadership on roadmap decisions.
• Develop and align on go-to-market strategies, messaging, and positioning across cross-functional teams.
