Senior Product Manager

About the Role:

• Own the end-to-end product roadmap as the first dedicated PM, defining processes and priorities.
• Write every PRD and drive build vs. buy decisions with rigor and transparency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ship features that increase patient follow-up visits from 2.7 to 4+ and improve provider efficiency.
• Lead AI and automation initiatives to eliminate redundant manual work.
