What You’ll Do:
- Own and drive the product vision and roadmap for SmarterDenials teams, prioritizing initiatives that drive measurable outcomes.
- Hire, coach, and develop a team of Product Managers to raise the bar on craft and customer empathy.
- Deeply understand user workflows and engage customers to gather feedback and identify opportunities.
What You Bring:
- 5+ years of product management experience with at least 1-2 years in a management role.
- 3+ years in healthtech, ideally in RCM, denials management, or clinical workflows.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills across engineering, data science, and UX.
